Subscription Management

The Freeletics Coach subscription is purchased and managed entirely through your Apple ID via the App Store. This promotional website does not process payments or manage subscriptions.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Freeletics subscription, follow these steps on your iPhone or iPad:

  • Open the Settings app on your device
  • Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Find and tap Freeletics: Workouts & Fitness
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions via iTunes on a Mac or PC, or through the App Store app directly.

Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find the Freeletics purchase and select "Request a Refund"
  • Choose a reason and submit your request

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's standard refund policy and is not guaranteed.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in the App Store listing. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends.
